 SCCARA Code of Ethics

   
Customers will be provided with a 30-day guarantee on all parts unless otherwise specified.
Customers will be provided honest, straight forward and fair treatment, and be assisted in determining the correct parts needed.
Customers will be sold quality parts at a fair price, free of deceptive practices and misrepresentation.
Customers are assured that all members cooperate with law enforcement authorities to help curb theft of autos and auto parts.
Customers will be provided with a clean and orderly area to purchase parts.
Customers unable to purchase needed parts at a member yard will be helped to locate those parts by means of hotlines, teletypes, and computer circuit systems.
Customers will be assured that all members advertise honestly avoiding false, misleading, and deceptive statements.
Customers are urged to send written accounts of positive or negative
treatment to:
